Will there even be a Catholic Church during the Tribulation Period?
Let’s explore this question.
I say no. IMO, Before the Church age began, there were no Muslims and there were no Catholics. The two main contenders for the daily news outlets were Israel and Rome. There were no stories about any Muslims or any Catholics. NONE!
When the Church Age ends and Israel’s 70th week begins, God will pick up almost exactly where He left off. Israel and Rome.
DO WE SEE ANY EVIDENCE OF THAT SCENARIO TODAY?
In the words of Peter (or Simon) in the great TV show, “The Chosen”, ABSOLUTELY. Below are just a few of the attributes of Israel then and now. Any bible prophecy student will confirm this assertion.
Israel is currently working on becoming exactly what they were before the Church Age began. And if you study the Copper Scroll Project you will be even more convinced. Israel is well on their way to be who and what they were 2000 years ago. And that is exactly what the Tribulation Period is all about and what the books of Daniel and Revelation also teach us.
BTW, this story just came out. It is exactly what I am talking about.
Now as for Rome… Well … this entire website is dedicated to the next Emperor of Rome. Marcus Aurelius Antoninus Emmanuel Macron. ( just kidding) As we speak or as you read, Emperor Macron is reviving the Old Roman Empire. When he, Macron signs the Daniel 9:27 Covenant with Israel, it will be once again… Israel and Rome squaring off. Just as it was before the Church Age. God will once again be correcting His Children Israel.
BTW, you may be asking yourself, What about the False Prophet? Well, I don’t think we will know who that will be this side of the tribulation. Remember this photo?
That Throne is empty and will probably remain empty until after the Rapture. IMO, for whatever it’s worth, I believe that the soon excuse for the rapture which will be a “fake alien invasion” will be a major player in the tribulation religion and the False Prophet. A combined New Age One World Religion if you will.

The Roman Empire is still alive (sleeping) and since the end of the emperor dynasty it’s now ran by the harlot, the prostitute, today’s Babylon (trinity, popes, false and blasphemous names and all types of idolatry, inquisition killing the saints and drunk with their blood): the catholic church.
