As the Prophet Daniel predicted, there will be a Revived Roman Empire.

I am starting this page so that we can pay close attention to three bullet points.

2. The Concentric Circles
3. The EPC or European Political Community
( Please refer to archived stories about each one of these points. As of today, 3-16-25 we will guide you through this transition from talking about the RRE ( Revived Roman Empire ) to the installation of the RRE. Or as far as the Lord will allow it due to foreseen circumstances. ( The Rapture).

Macron says Europe has stepped up in NATO ahead of Ukraine coalition summit.
First of all please notice how it says that MACRON AND EUROPE.. They have both become synonymous.
France’s President Emmanuel Macron said on Wednesday he would use a summit of Ukraine’s allies next week to unveil new defence initiatives and joint military exercises, presenting the gathering as further evidence that Europe was assuming greater responsibility for its own security.
( my original assertion was that Macron would use Ukraine to Rebuild the Old Roman Empire. Look at the sentence I have highlighted in red. )
More than seven years after declaring NATO was suffering from “brain death”, Macron said at the alliance’s annual summit in Ankara that Europe had shown it was investing more in defence, defending its sovereignty and developing strategic autonomy within NATO.
The July 13 meeting, expected to bring together around 35 leaders of the Coalition of the Willing, will focus on tackling Russia’s shadow fleet, new military capabilities for Ukraine, greater mobilisation of defence industries and deeper operational cooperation among Kyiv’s backers, Macron said.

All of this seems to point to exactly what we have been watching… Big Mac is using the Ukraine situation to REBUILD THE OLD ROMAN EMPIRE. It begins with the Coalition of the Willing and ends with the EPC and the Concentric Circle of World Gov.
Look for Trump and NATO to possibly hang in there for another few weeks and then watch for Big Mac to EXPLODE on the scene. And look for “flattery” on Big Mac’s part to play a role… I am almost willing to bet that that word will be used next week at that NATO meeting…. ok?

There are a lot of moving pieces here in this story… BUT….
Most of this should sound familiar. We have Canada’s Mark Carney all of a sudden talking about a NEW BANK. He is also talking about 10 nations. Which he says will be all European except of course Canada.
But, also, this is another Trial Balloon. Big Mac’s name is no where in the article… But, I guarantee you, Big Mac is using Carney to push this. Big Time… Just as we thought… Remember, we talked about how Macron is going to use Carney because he, Carney, is a brilliant banker.
My question is: Will this new Carney bank, and the 10 new founding nations morph into Big Mac’s EPC Concentric Circles? And as I said, there are too many moving pieces here to figure out… But the moving pieces seems to be familiar as we have discussed them in the past. Especially Carney…
This is a trial balloon by Big Mac which means this could be a serious consideration for Global Control. But perhaps not….

For those of us who are following the Revived Roman Empire news, this IMO is big. You see. for the past year I have on my website sort of shifted from Big Mac news to Big Mac news centered around the Revived Roman Empire.

Paris to be new headquarters of ‘coalition of the willing’ for Ukraine. ( what a surprise )
As part of that the two leaders held virtual talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, other international leaders and U.S. representatives including Special Presidential Envoy, General Keith Kellogg, Senator Lindsey Graham and Senator Richard Blumenthal.
They agreed the headquarters would be in Paris ( Macron) and led by Britain and France to oversee all tactical and operational arrangements. The HQ will then rotate to London after the first 12 months.

Starmer and Macron Agree to Nuclear Deterrence Pact to Fend Off Threat to Europe.
I’ve read this article and I find it interesting that: Starmer and Macron are leading the way for the 30-Nation Coalition of the Willing to act. BUT, and this is a big but, under what umbrella will this action take place? Starmer of Great Brittan is not a member of the EU. Doesn’t that mean that something is missing? Like perhaps a new umbrella, perhaps an EPC, under the leadership of Big Mac the AC?
The two leaders are set to confirm details of a strengthened defense relationship at a summit Thursday. An agreement on tackling unauthorized migration may also be announced.
Starmer and Macron will also on Thursday dial into a meeting of the so-called “coalition of the willing” on Ukraine.

While Macron has certainly reminded the world that he has been calling for European strategic autonomy for years, his “I told you so” moment has been mostly implicit. But today, the idea of European strategic autonomy à la française seems more in vogue than ever before.
If France wants to play a leading role in shaping the European security order, it needs to bring those most affected by the fundamental shifts into this process. The E5 format, consisting of France, Germany, Poland, Italy, and the United Kingdom, is a promising step toward coordinating a European position.
Whether Europeans like it or not, the best alternative might be Paris. However, while the deliberate ambiguity in France’s nuclear strategy might be salient for France as an individual state with a limited nuclear arsenal, it is challenging for trust-building with European partners.
If he puts all his odds on Europe, he might be remembered as a key enabler and trailblazer for European strategic autonomy. A Turning Point, or Not? Principles for a New European Order
Leaders and analysts concur that Europe stands at a turning point. European governments and European Union (EU) institutions have been spurred into action by the vertigo of Trumpian mayhem.
Yet, it is not clear that this new environment is really set to change the European order in fundamental ways.
In a chorus of statements, European leaders and ministers have concurred that the current moment is one of deep, historic significance and a game changer for the European order. French President Emmanuel Macron has defined this as a “turning point in history” that requires “unprecedented decisions.”1
Writers, analysts, think tankers, journalists, and commentators seem to agree. A standard narrative has emerged that Europe faces a “moment of truth” and that “innovative formulas” are needed to advance European interests.6 Some insist that the crisis moment “has reignited a dormant sense of European purpose” or that “a different kind of Europe” is emerging in 2025.7
PLEASE NOTICE THE WORD, ‘DORMANT‘
To be dormant means to be inactive, in a state of rest, or temporarily at rest, but with the potential to become active again. Can anyone say, “REVIVED” from the old?
There is increasing talk of flexible coalitions of the willing, and meetings of a so-called E5 format—France, Germany, Italy, Poland, and the United Kingdom (UK)—on Ukraine may point toward agile patterns of cooperation. Some see incipient moves toward deeper cooperation among small groupings of Northern European states outside EU institutions.
What is the answer for a NEW Military, Political and soon Religious UNIFIED EUROPE?

Diplomats might reply that they have long recognized the case for systemic change and already designed new initiatives to infuse this commitment with substance. Yet, while configurations other than the EU have been tried, they have largely failed. The main initiative in recent years that contained elements of reordered European strategic cooperation was the European Political Community (EPC). This includes all European states except Belarus and Russia and began in October 2022. There have been five EPC summits since then, with over forty leaders participating in each of these. While there have been few concrete deliverables from the summits, the EPC’s purpose was expressly to allow general strategic discussion and planning among the widest possible grouping of European states. The community was framed as being directly relevant to the war and support for Ukraine, but with a more systemic role as the kernel of a wider European order.
The EPC has, however, proved to be too broad and too content-free to gain traction as a major element of any pan-European strategic design. Several key leaders, for example Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, have not attended the more recent summits. Some states have tried to keep the EPC free of EU-related issues, while others see the community as a way of linking EU agendas to the wider continent. Some have talked of the EPC functioning as a kind of outer circle of the European order, ( don’t forget the Concentric Circles) but this has not materialized: No template has been designed to link such circles or levels. The EPC contains many prominent members of the now-rising Illiberal International, and this complicates cooperation in the forum.

Having upended French politics, he has secured positions for his preferred candidates at the head of the European Commission and the European Central Bank, and is now trying to improve Europe’s relationship with Russia.
Macron launched his bid for new security architecture in typically grandiose fashion… Now, rather than starting with a top-down agenda, they are trying to build European security from the bottom up, while pursuing improved relations with Russia one brick at a time. Macron’s biggest concern is Europe itself. The EU will never become a global player in the 21st century if it continues to be divided and boxed in by other powers. In Macron’s view, recasting Europe’s relationship with Russia is the first step toward securing European sovereignty.
If Macron is to succeed, he will have to prove that he is committed to the sovereignty and security not just of Central and Eastern Europe, but also of ex-Soviet countries such as Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova. He will also have to pursue deeper collaboration with the Nordic and Baltic states, as well as with the relevant EU institutions and the new High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell. Above all, Macron’s initiative must create a credible platform for a common approach to security. If it is seen as favoring some countries over others, it and its author will end up on the menu, rather than in the history books.

Even so, the Franco–German engine can no longer claim to power the whole of the EU. It takes more than two to tango in today’s EU of 27. Increasingly, the duo is becoming a trio with Poland, through the revived Weimar Triangle format. Nonetheless, one has to admit that before 2015, the Triangle’s potential was also untapped, mainly caused by the French reluctance, despite Poland being anchored at the EU core. Now, more than ever, Europe’s East had become the EU’s core challenge. The differentiated dynamics of European integration demand that France, Germany, and Poland act in unison.
For the good of Europe, they should take on more significant responsibilities. It’s high time for the trio to mature. The Casimir Pulaski Foundation believes the International Weimar Fund would be a good kick-start.

In a speech to mark Europe Day, the French president said that leaders had a “historic obligation” to form a “new European organisation” that “would allow democratic European nations to find a new space for political cooperation, security, cooperation in energy, transport, investment, infrastructure [and] the movement of people”.
The French leader outlined a “political community” that would be open to “democratic European nations adhering to its core values in areas such as political cooperation, security, cooperation in energy, transport, investment of infrastructure or circulation of people”, said Reuters.
But under Macron’s plan, countries such as the UK and Ukraine could “choose their level of integration with Brussels”, the paper continued. The proposal “has echoes” of his previous calls for a “multi-speed Europe” made up of “concentric circles”, and would probably leave “the UK on the outer ring of the new organisation”.

So, I just wanted to keep everyone interested in the 2025 May 16 EPC meeting in Albania. I am all in on a Macron Coalition of the Willing, Concentric Circles EPC Revived Roman Empire. Don’t forget that the bible is fixated on a 10 Nation, ten toe revival of that Empire. Right now there are, I think, 44 European nations involved one way or the other in European affairs. That needs to be reduced significantly. Right?

The venture could start with a small group of EU and non-EU participating states drafting an EPC founding declaration that does not sacrifice democracy on the altar of geopolitical security, informality and inclusiveness. This declaration should reflect the highest standards when it comes to democratic aspirations, non-aggression and territorial integrity, even if it means that the declaration would not, at first, be adopted by all countries. No preferential treatment should be granted to EU member states or EU accession candidates. The third aim of EU reform set out in the Report is to make the EU’s institutions ‘enlargement ready’. The Franco-German proposal suggests a Europe of four concentric circles: the inner circle of members of the euro area and Schengen; the EU; the EU plus the associated members; and the European Political Community. But the question is: how to avoid tension between the inner circle of members and the outer circle of the European Political Community? How do we square the circles in other words? According to the Report, the “associated members” would be countries that subscribe to the EU’s principles and single market without becoming full-fledged EU members. UK can become an ‘associate member’ of the European Union (even though all the major UK political parties have rejected single market membership).
While France and Germany are drawing up a plan for a Europe of concentric circles, Ukraine made quite clear it doesn’t want to be fobbed off with second-tier membership. Ukraine wants to become a “fully fledged candidate for full fledged membership” of the European Union, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal told POLITICO as he vowed to take his country into the EU within the next two years.
Today, the 27 member states agree that enlargement is inevitable. But how to proceed? And at what pace? These are for now intractable questions. EU leaders gathered in Brussels on Thursday for a special council on defence, as France’s President Emmanuel Macron warned that the continent was at a “turning point of history”.
Europe was facing a “clear and present danger on a scale that none of us have seen in our adult lifetime”, European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen said, while European Council President António Costa said this was a “defining moment for Ukraine and European security”.
In a letter to European leaders, von der Leyen also said the continent had to “meet the moment” and “unleash our industrial and productive power and direct it to the goal of security”.
“We have to be united and determined to protect ourselves,” Macron said. He added that the future of Europe could not be tied to Washington or Moscow, and said that while he “wanted to believe that the US will stay by our side, we have to be ready for this not to be the case”.
The French president plans to hold a meeting of European army chiefs in Paris next week.

Although it was presented in vague terms and without substantial
detail, the EPC soon became the most discussed concept concerning
the future of the European continent.
The psyche of the French views on European politics shaped the
initial concept of the EPC without a doubt. Macron had already called
for a comprehensive EU reform in 2019, as well as for having the
relationship between the EU and its direct neighbourhood rethought
(and possibly reorganized).
Moreover, ever since entering office, Macron has tried to be the driving force behind the potential EU
reforms; thus, the core idea of a more independent Europe (as foreseen
by the EPC) is not new in French political circles. The departure of
the United Kingdom from the EU, the Trump administration’s stance
on the NATO/EU, as well as China’s ever-growing presence (and
influence) both globally and in Europe had initiated the concept of
strategic autonomy, predating the EPC.
In addition to the multi-dimensional (internal and external) challenges,
major shifts in European politics and the French President’s ambitions
to take the leading role within the EU also paved the way for the grand

Let’s get one thing straight. IMO, What Macron is doing right now has nothing to do with Ukraine. It is all about the Revived Roman Empire. Brussels – The coalition of the willing seems to be moving ahead expeditiously ( with speed and efficiency), although, for now, these are only commitments on paper. Emmanuel Macron has convened a leaders’ meeting in Paris for Thursday after military chiefs met in London last week to lay out operational plans on how to monitor a potential ceasefire in Ukraine in more detail.

This path does not yet have a visible outcome, but it could resemble Emmanuel Macron’s old initiative of three concentric European circles—three circles of power, responsibility, and privilege—as a way of overcoming European inefficiency. ( THE REVIVED ROMAN EMPIRE )
Since 2018, when Macron launched this idea, it has neither progressed nor found significant support on the continent. The circumstances in which the new European assembly takes place could breathe new life into Macron’s plan.
Every state could sign up to those efforts which it likes. There would be a “Core Europe,” which is in favour of integration on the euro, on finance, the economy, migration, and so forth, and then there are other circles – those on the outside of Macron’s “concentric circles,” where states only participate in some areas. ( did you catch the phrase, “outside of Macron’s….? ) In other words…is Macron running the show in Europe?
Here is an old story but as you can see it is relevant to us. This is what I expect to see this May as Macron and the EPC will meet for 2025.

The French leader outlined a “political community” that would be open to “democratic European nations adhering to its core values in areas such as political cooperation, security, cooperation in energy, transport, investment of infrastructure or circulation of people”, said Reuters.
In a “wink to Ukraine”, the news site continued, Macron made clear that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s goal of joining the EU could “take several years” and that Kyiv needed to be given “some hope in the short-term”.
But under Macron’s plan, countries such as the UK and Ukraine could “choose their level of integration with Brussels”, the paper continued. The proposal “has echoes” of his previous calls for a “multi-speed Europe” made up of “concentric circles”, and would probably leave “the UK on the outer ring of the new organisation”.
The group would also be likely to “include countries such as those of the Balkans, Moldova and Georgia”, none of which are “ready for EU membership”, said The Times’ Paris correspondent Charles Bremner. The door would apparently be open to Brexit Britain too, with Macron “hinting” that countries who had left the EU might “want to be part of this new club”.

I have already laid out the plans for a “Coalition of the Willing”, which again goes back to 2017 where Macron originally concocted his scheme to run the world. I mentioned to my mailing list subscribers that the next step will be, “The Concentric Circles”. Also mentioned by our guy back in 2017.

Below is a recent video from Italy’s Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni about her thoughts on this issue. There is a hidden message in her comments. She IMO, knows exactly what she wants and where she intends to take her country. She is in constant communication with Emmanuel Macron. Just think, Concentric Circles and you will see through her proposal. She is throwing a “TRIAL BALLOON”. Out of NATO and into the Concentric Circles of the EPC. THE EPC WILL BE A GAME CHANGER. BTW, at this moment in time, there is NO mention of religion in Europe. Emmanuel Macron is on top of EVERYTHING that goes on in Europe. So why no mention of RELIGION?
